Thanks for visiting us. We're honored and delighted you took time to learn more about Mount Zion today.

Mount Zion is a family of believers built on the rock solid foundation of God's word. Worship and God's word are central to our faith and life. It is through these that God feeds are faith and strengthens us for life. Come each Sunday morning at 10:00 for an uplifting and relevant message focused on what God’s word means in our lives. Through music and the arts we focus our attention on God’s love.

There’s something for all ages at Mount Zion. Sunday school after worship (11:15 am) serves our young ones. For teens and youth we offer confirmation class to further deepen faith. The adults take part in choirs, Bible studies, and special groups, in addition to many opportunities to serve one another and the Lord.

So, who are we?

We are a Biblical church giving God’s word first place in our faith and life.

We are a Lutheran church that proclaims forgiveness for all through Jesus Christ.

We are a Christian church that gathers to praise God, to be strengthened by his Word, and to reach out to those around us in Christian love.

What to expect in Worship

When you come through our doors you'll be in our gathering area. Members of Mount Zion and our guests often visit before entering the sanctuary for worship. A greeter will hand you a bulletin to help you follow along with our service. Each week we follow an order of service to make it easy for everyone to follow along and participate. Don’t worry we won’t single anyone out!

Where to Sit?

Feel free to sit wherever you'd like, whether the front or the back. If you need assistance a greeter will help you.

What to Wear?

Come as you are. Some people dress up, others don’t. We aren't worried about what you're wearing.

What About the Kids?

Kids of all ages are welcome at Mount Zion. We encourage kids and their parents to grow in faith together as they hear God's word and sing his praise in worship.

On the second Sunday of each month pastor delivers a special children's message during the regular service.

We provide a nursery with the worship service broadcast on TV to meet the needs of parents with small children.
